Yes, everything here is by appointment. We do not keep walk in slots, because each booking is given the full time it needs rather than being squeezed between others. Call on the day and we will tell you honestly what is free.
Yes, and tell us when you book so the order is right. A body scrub goes before a massage, brows before makeup, and a wax needs forty eight hours clear of anything abrasive. Getting the order wrong wastes at least one of the treatments.
Yes, and we check it. Homepage, service page and desk all carry the same figures, and nothing is added at checkout that was not agreed when you booked. If you ever find a difference, the website price is the one you pay.
Yes, and we would rather say so here than at the door. Oral isotretinoin, active infection, fever, sunburn, broken skin, a cold sore, or skin waxed in the last forty eight hours. Some conditions need your doctor's clearance first.

Yes, across hair, skin, waxing, nails and massage. There is a gentleman's full body waxing package, and back, chest and shoulder work is among the most requested things in the salon. Nothing on the menu is restricted by gender.
Tell us the treatment, roughly when suits you, and whether you would like a particular artist. We reply the same day on any day we are open, and every quote is confirmed in writing before a slot is held.
